Mahshad Koohgoli has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. His specialty is in technology start-up businesses, having successfully managed three companies from the ground up. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Nimcat Networks (acquired by Avaya in 2005) and founder of Spacebridge Networks and Lantern Communications Canada. Prior to these ventures, Mahshad held various technical, marketing and senior roles in Newbridge Networks, Bell Northern Research and Nortel. Mahshad has a BSc and a PhD from the University of Sussex, England. |

Kamyar has 20+ years of international technology and business experience in transportation, telecommunications and oil & gas industries including several years in the United States, Australia and India. Prior to joining Protecode, Kamyar held senior management and technical positions at Canadian Pacific Railway, Avaya, Nimcat Networks (acquired by Avaya in 2005), Kerr-McGee (acquired by Anadarko Petroleum in 2006) and Nortel. Kamyar holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from University of Waterloo, Canada, a Master's Degree in Mathematics from University of Salford, England, and a Graduate Degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Texas. |

Chuck has enjoyed over three decades in various roles of Sales and Business Development positions, representing hi-tech companies across North America. Hardware and software vendors he has worked for range from Hewlett-Packard, Motorola and Wind River Systems, to smaller ventures like Simware, Macadamian, and MontaVista Software. His past 10 years were dedicated to leveraging software solutions employed in various stages of the software development lifecycle. Chuck is an engineer by profession, having graduated with a B A Sc from the University of Ottawa. |

Nicholas is responsible for the Research and Development activities in Protecode with more than ten years of experience in software architecture and development. Prior to joining Protecode, Nicholas held positions with CaseWare International Inc., SIPQuest Inc., Firsthand Technologies and Counterpath Corp. Nicholas holds a BSc degree from Carleton University. |
Benjamin Fard, Director of Finance |

Ben started his career in the financial industry in 1991 with Prudential of America. Ben has been involved in an executive role with a number of technology companies in the last fifteen years, including Lantern Communications and Nimcat Networks, before joining Protecode’s finance organization in 2007. Ben received his Bachelor of Science degree as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Memphis, TN. |
